The gastro bar opened its doors to the general public in August 2009, offering a mix of culinary fare featuring selected signature dishes from Africa, the Caribbean, Central and South America.
The menu features something for everyone from Pumpkin to Pepper Soup, Ackee and Salt Fish to Jerk Chicken, Jollof rice to Rice and Peas. Geared towards welcoming, introducing and seducing a diverse clientele with authentic cuisine carefully prepared to satisfy the seasoned aficionado and comfort the curious.
The open and welcoming atmosphere greets you from across the threshold as you approach the venues distinctively coloured exterior. A calm sense of belonging prevails and the melting pot of good times is brought to a boil in the dedicated 300+ capacity live entertainment and performance space, set alongside but separate to the gastro bar.
